GENERAL AFFAIR (GA) STAFF

Responsibilities:

* Operational office management (Labeling / tagging office stationary, maintenance work equipment, monitoring stock office tools)

* Monitoring and maintenance interior & exterior building

* Monitoring messenger, drivers and cleaning service

* Organize office transportation (monitoring pool car and Taxi voucher, vehicles maintenance)

* Administration and reporting Taxi voucher, car service, gasoline, UHPD, office stationary every month

* Do HSE/K3

Requirements:

* Male, max 28 years old

* Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major

* Computerize – operational MS Office

* Experiences min. 2 years in GA matters

* Can hold an operational of vehicle, building maintenance, infrastructure maintenance (Building) and company asset management

* Preferably understood HSE/K3

* Discipline, honest, carefully and dynamic

* Good teamwork, able to work in deadline and can work under pressure

* Have a Drive License A / C
