HR PROJECT SPECIALIST (OD)

Responsibilities:
* Plan & implement culture transformation
* Facilitate new quality behavior standard executions
* Managing cross cultural transformation
* Complete project assignment
* HR Operation

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent (Post graduate degree is better).
* Required skills organizational development, Hr Operational Process.
* At least have experienced for 5 years in similar position like OD Spv, OD Specialist
* Fluent in english both oral and written
* Full time position available
* Placement in Tanah Kusir, South Jakarta

PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities:
* Manage implementation of Performance Management System.
* Manage implementation of Employee Promotion & Movement.
* Review HR system & implementation.
* Organization Development (Structure, Roles & KPI).
* HO Training & Event management.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology.
* Have experience in similar position as Talent Management, People Development, or Equivalent for at least 3 years of working.
* Mastering all about performance analysis, organizational management & development, talent management.
* Fluent in english both oral & written.
* Good communication skill
* Placement in HO, Tanah Kusir, South Jakarta

EXPORT IMPORT EXECUTIVE

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): export and import permit, export and import procedures, Export Budget.
* Required language(s): Chinese, English
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Bintaro.
* Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
* Full-Time position(s) available.

AREA DC MANAGER

Requirements:
* At least Bachelor from any Major
* Have experiences for at least 5 years in Distribution and Warehousing product/goods
* Supply chain management knowledge and strong in handling operations area
* Have technical understanding of DC Operations
* Mastering Forecasting, Transport Management, and Warehouse and Inventory Management skill
* Very mobile person and willing to travel extentively
* Placement around Tanah Kusir and Bekasi
